Frank Shannon

Vice President of Reliability

Frank Shannon is vice president of reliability for Entergy Texas. He is responsible for the safe and reliable distribution of power to more than 500,000 customers across Southeast Texas. In his role, he oversees engineering, operations, and maintenance of the distribution and transmission system across the company’s service area.

Shannon has over 34 years of utility experience. He previously served as director of distribution operations for Entergy Texas and has held various leadership roles within operations across Texas.

Shannon is a United States Army veteran. He earned a bachelor of arts degree in business from Lamar University and his Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University.
